Keith Seeloff, Senior Housing Advisory Services Expert, Joins Board
NORFOLK, Va., April 9, 2025 – Harbor’s Edge, a premier Life Plan Community in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, announces changes to its Board of Directors. Bruce Holbrook, a longtime board member, has been appointed chairman, while Keith Seeloff joins as a new board member.
Seeloff, a partner with Forvis Mazars Healthcare Consulting, has more than 30 years of experience in senior housing advisory services. Specializing in strategic planning and financial forecasting, he has worked extensively with Life Plan Communities, skilled nursing providers and home health agencies.
“After consulting in the Life Plan Community industry, I was honored to be recruited by the Harbor’s Edge team to serve on the Harbor’s Edge board,” Seeloff said. “As a feasibility consultant, I played a role in planning and financing the Harbor Tower in 2002 and the River Tower in 2015. Serving on the board gives me the opportunity to continue to support the community in ensuring strong financial performance to benefit residents for generations to come.”
