Trying to find the right short-term rehabilitation center can be challenging, but our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility is here to help. We accept patients discharging from a hospital—as well as patients with skilled and/or nursing needs—even if they are not one of our True LifeCare® residents. With comforting surroundings and specially trained staff, patients can recover close to home while receiving the therapy and care they need.
