“My wife lives on the memory unit, and it has been a godsend for her and for our family. The staff is calm, attentive and patient. The program has so many activities on the unit and off-unit, which really encourages friendships among the residents.”
“My husband has had a significant reduction of fear and anxiety, and my own worry and caregiver strain are markedly lessened. I highly respect all dimensions of the Harbor’s Edge memory care unit and I recommend it for families in distress.”
“Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Food is healthy and tasty with many choices. The location near hospitals, light rail, museums, walking/biking trails and downtown is ideal.”
“My husband was admitted to The Center for Memory Support in September, and Sherri’s help was invaluable. She clearly explained everything we needed to know in a fair, and non-pressured way. Her help with the admission process at a very stressful time went above and beyond what we expected. Most importantly, she was so sympathetic and sensitive to our situation, continuing to check in during his stay. During a difficult time, I am so glad we had Sherri and Harbor’s Edge to guide us.”
“Everyone at Harbor’s Edge is kind, friendly, and helpful. The food is healthy and tasty with so many choices. The location near hospitals, light rail, museums, walking and biking trails, and all that downtown has to offer is absolutely ideal.”
“I just wanted to tell you how helpful Sherri and the team at Harbor’s Edge have been from day one starting with gathering information, to having my husband adjust to The Memory Center. There have been so many large as well as small things that Sherri and the team have done for us, that it would take me too long to type them out. One thing in particular was when Sherri took time from her home to text me a beautiful note of caring. She knew it was my first night in 60 years without Gene next door. That meant a lot to me, and you have an outstanding employee with Sherri Charmatz.”
The Center for Memory Support at Harbor’s Edge accepts direct admissions.
